Partner Programme · Australia

Your clients are about to ask you about AI. Have the answer.

Every fractional CFO, COO, and business advisor is feeling the same pressure: AI is restructuring how operations work, and your clients will ask you how to navigate it. You can either lead that conversation — or watch someone else take it.

Why now

Every fractional consultant in Australia is facing the same three fears.

The businesses that address this proactively — and have a partner who can actually deliver — will capture clients who otherwise go to a Big 4 firm, or worse, do nothing.

The fear

AI is going to make my advice redundant

The reality

Your clients trust you. They want you to lead their AI journey — not a vendor they just met.

The fear

I can't build AI systems myself

The reality

You don't need to. You diagnose the problem and manage the relationship. We build the solution.

The fear

My clients are asking about AI and I don't know what to recommend

The reality

Now you do. You introduce us, we scope and deliver, and you get a cut of every engagement.

How it works

Simple. Straightforward. No surprises.

You focus on the relationship. We focus on the delivery. Here is how a typical partner engagement plays out.

01
Your role

01. You introduce us

You identify a client who has an AI challenge — manual workflows, data scattered across systems, Privacy Act concerns, or a board mandate to "do something with AI". You make the introduction.

02
Our role

02. We scope the engagement

Akira Data runs the discovery call, scopes the project, and prices it. We keep you fully briefed. You stay in the room if you want. We present a fixed-scope proposal — no hourly billing surprises for your client.

03
Our role

03. We build and deliver

Our team does the technical implementation. Every system is Privacy Act compliant, built for Australian infrastructure (AWS Sydney or Azure Australia East), and handed over with full documentation and audit trails.

04
Shared win

04. Both sides share the upside

You earn a referral fee on every closed engagement — paid at project kickoff. For ongoing retainer relationships, we offer a revenue-share arrangement. No lock-in. No awkward exclusivity clauses.

Who we partner with

We are selective. That is deliberate.

Good partnerships work because both sides add value. We want partners who have the client relationships and the business judgement to identify the right opportunities — not warm bodies who refer anyone.

Fractional CFOs

You are inside the P&L. You know exactly where the manual workflow pain is. Your clients trust your judgement on where to invest. AI is now part of that conversation.

Financial servicesProfessional servicesHealthcare

Fractional COOs

You own operations. You see the inefficiency firsthand. You know which processes eat time and which ones create errors. You are perfectly positioned to champion AI that actually reduces that cost.

Business coaches & advisors

Your clients want to grow. Growth without AI in 2026 means competing against businesses that are 30% more efficient than you. You can be the one who changes that for them.

SME across all sectorsMid-market $1M–$50M

Mid-tier accounting firms

Firms like Findex, Pitcher Partners, HLB Mann Judd, and mid-tier regionals already advise clients on business improvement. AI implementation is the next natural service extension — without needing to hire a data team.

All sectorsCompliance-heavy industries

Not the right fit (and we will tell you directly)

  • Big 4 firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) — we are not a subcontractor to the Big 4
  • Technology resellers whose primary business is software licences
  • Consultants with fewer than 5 active mid-market clients

Quick answers

How much do partners earn?

Referral fees range from AUD $2,000–$15,000 per closed engagement depending on deal size. For ongoing retainer referrals, we structure a revenue share of 10–15% for the life of the engagement. Full details on application.

Do I need to understand AI to be a partner?

No. You need to understand your client's business challenges. We handle the technical scoping, proposal, delivery, and compliance. You provide the business context and the relationship.

Do my clients need to be Privacy Act compliant?

Every system we build is Privacy Act 1988 compliant by default — including the December 2026 automated decision-making obligations. This is actually a selling point for your clients, not a barrier.

Is this exclusive? Can I partner with other AI firms?

No exclusivity. We are confident that once you see how we work, you will not need to. But we will never put a clause in your way.

What industries do you serve?

Financial services, mining and resources, healthcare and aged care, professional services, retail, trades and construction, agriculture. If your client has manual workflows and Australian Privacy Act obligations, we can help.
